A new navy-and-gold invoice layout, on every plan, with the extra details that kind of document needs — a delivery address, proper bank details and a branded footer.
A fourth invoice theme: navy header with gold accents, a numbered item table, a Total Due bar and a footer strip. Available on the free plan too, not just Pro.
Invoices can now carry a delivery address separate from the billing one. It defaults to "same as Bill To", so you only fill it in when the goods go somewhere else.
Bank name, account name, account number and branch are now proper fields. The Corporate theme prints them as a labelled Payment Details block, with the invoice number as the reference.
Your website now appears in the invoice header, and you can set a second accent colour — the gold in the sample — plus the line that runs along the bottom of the page.
Invoice pages were building their PDF the moment they opened, which could crash the page before you had clicked anything. PDFs are now built when you ask for one.
Everything you asked for around speed and visibility: reusable items, expense tracking, profit reports, and an Overview page that finally tells you how the business is doing.
Stop retyping the same lines. Save items with their price and image, then pick them from the catalogue when building an invoice or quotation. Anything new you type is added to the library automatically.
Record what you spend, by category and date, with a receipt reference. Expenses feed straight into your profit reports.
A dedicated Reports page: income, expenses and profit over any period, with a breakdown by category and client.
Revenue trend, collections rate, receivables aging, status breakdown, top clients and recent activity — all filterable by year and month.
See how much you billed and collected in each currency, normalized to your base currency, so you can tell at a glance which one brings in more.
Send a reminder with your own subject, recipients and message, and save the ones you use often as templates in Settings.
Every dashboard page, table and chart now works properly on a phone — no more sideways scrolling or cut-off columns.
The banners are gone. Quick actions now live as icon buttons in the top-right of the header, next to your avatar.
Track part-payments against an invoice, issue a proper receipt for each one, and bill in whichever currency the client prefers.
Log part-payments as they come in. The invoice shows amount paid and balance due, and moves to Partially Paid or Paid on its own.
Every recorded payment gets a numbered receipt referencing the invoice, with your logo, downloadable as a PDF or emailed to the client.
Pick your country in Brand Settings and the currency and symbol follow. Set your dollar rate once, then switch any single invoice to USD and the figures convert for you.
Invoices, quotations, receipts and reminders now arrive with the PDF attached and a summary table in the body — plus a Pay button on invoices.
Add or edit a client's email and phone from the client page, and send documents straight to them.
Your logo and item images now appear in every downloaded and emailed PDF, not just in the on-screen preview.
A major update that turns Invoice Generator Pro into a full payment collection platform. Send invoices, get paid online, and withdraw your earnings.
Your clients can now pay invoices directly through a payment link. Supports MTN/Airtel Mobile Money (via Iotec) and Visa/Mastercard card payments (via Stripe through DGateway).
Every payment you receive lands in your wallet. Supports multiple currencies (UGX, USD, KES, and more). View your balances and full transaction history from the new Wallet dashboard page.
Withdraw your wallet balance to any MTN or Airtel phone number instantly. Enter the amount, your phone number, and tap Withdraw.
Each invoice now has a shareable payment link. Copy it from the invoice detail page or it's automatically included when you email an invoice. Clients can pay without logging in.
Choose between Invoice and Quotation when creating a document. The PDF, preview, print, and email all reflect the selected type with appropriate labels.
We've migrated from Stripe to DGateway as our payment provider, enabling Mobile Money payments across East Africa (Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda) alongside card payments.
When you email an invoice, the email now includes a 'Pay Now' button that links directly to the payment page alongside the existing 'View Invoice' button.
Subscription pricing now shows both USD and UGX amounts so you know exactly what you're paying regardless of payment method.
The free plan now allows 2 invoices per month. Upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited invoices.
